Sotramont has thus built the largest housing project in the world, in terms of square footage, using an ecological solid wood frame, made up of cross-laminated wood panels. Arbora also stands out with more than 40% green space and has obtained LEED\u00ae Platinum certification.<\/p>\n<p>In business for over 50 years, Sotramont, partner, co-promoter is the builder of this project which is recognized for its innovation and the quality of its construction.
