This day marks the official beginning of construction for a seven phase master-planned condo project in Saint-Laurent. After twenty plus years of development, available land in Bois-Franc is nearing it’s end.
Curtiss Condos, developed by Sotramont, will cover a large section along boulevard Henri-Bourassa Ouest and boulevard Marcel-Laurin. The unique footprint of the condo buildings will ensure maximum amount of natural light spread across the project.
Those phases nearest Henri-Bourassa Ouest and the future REM station of Bois-Franc are planned to be 10 floors high, creating a peaceful sound barrier for the interior of the project.
Thanks goes to the City of Saint-Laurent for sending a few local celebrities to celebrate the ground breaking of Curtiss Alpha. The Sotramont team is excited to deliver a project designed for the long-term well-being of residents. Imagine, 50% of this dusty terrain will be soon be serene green space.
