THE VISION
Located in the heart of St-Laurent, Square Norseman consists of three-level townhouses surrounding a small park, creating the final square in Bois-Franc.
Bois-Franc is a master-planned community with a healthy mix of houses, townhouses, condos, and convenient amenities. Over 24 per cent of the neighbourhood is beautifully landscaped green space and another 10 per cent features manicured lakes. We’ve lost count of the number of playgrounds!
Square Norseman has a high walking score with only a three-minute walk to amenities:
DESIGN DETAILS
A square to remember — Square Norseman is a result of 29 years of experience in transforming 200 acres of airstrip into a vital residential neighbourhood. As the final square in Bois-Franc, every design detail benefits from real-life case studies showing how the previous squares behaved and stood the test of time.
Developed for a natural way of life — one that helps us stay close to nature even in an urban setting. Square Norseman uses a simple design to maximize the use of natural light and provide functionality without sacrificing comfort. The development team used local and environmentally friendly materials to ensure beautiful integration into the neighbourhood and allow townhouses to perform well during all of Montreal’s seasons.
Each plan offers 3,150 or 3,450 square feet of livable space, including a finished basement and double garage. Standard features include a large wooden terrace, forced-air heating, dual-zone central air conditioning, a heat pump, water heated by natural gas, roughed-in central vacuum and 100 per cent paid infrastructure including underground electrical.
