Square Norseman uses a simple design to maximize the use of natural light and provide functionality without sacrificing comfort. The development team used local and environmentally friendly materials to ensure beautiful integration into the neighbourhood and allow townhouses to perform well during all of Montreal’s seasons.
Each plan offers 3,150 or 3,450 square feet of livable space, including a finished basement and double garage.
