The Prima 3 foundations are almost complete. Everything looks straight and solid! The framing has already started on the first block. We have to finish as much as possible before the snow arrives.
The framing goes up for the last block of Square Norseman. You can start to feel how peaceful these 62 townhouses surrounding a new park will be. The architecture is truly a distinctive addition to the Bois-Franc neighbourhood.

The first world congress on high rise and residential timber buildings. Sotramont was honored as a guest speaker because of their exhaustive work towards the development of residential buildings fabricated with 100% CLT (Cross-laminated wood) structures.
